complete the funding and acquisition of three additional National                                                               
Security Cutters and to home port one of the cutters in Kodiak, Alaska,                                                         
was read the second time.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
